Refloor, based in Troy, MI, is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR, Accounting, and Operations. In this high-visibility role, you will manage payroll taxes, deductions, year-end reporting, audits, and system improvements, leveraging automation and data reporting to drive insights for leadership.
