Job Title Weapons Department Logistics Support Salary Range $60,000-$90,000 Start Date 1 August 2026 contingent on award Clearance Active SECRET Clearance Required Job Description We are hiring Weapons Department Support personnel to assist the LOGSU-1 Weapons Officer and Weapons LCPO in the day-to-day operation of the weapons department, including the Armory, Ordnance, and VAS divisions. You will be responsible for meticulous inventory tracking and material handling. Key Responsibilities Receive, issue, and store material, parts, and supplies including repair components and new equipment. Examine and inventory items of supply received to verify part numbers/stock number and quantity. Prepare material for dispatching using correct material handling methods to ensure safe delivery. Track all inventory on automated inventory management systems providing accurate visibility and control. Make recommendations to adjust safety levels and order new materiel using NTCSS Relational Supply (R-Supply), SWIFT (BizFlow), NAVSUP OneTouch, GDAPL, and FEDLOG. Mandatory Qualifications Proven experience in military or defense inventory tracking and management. Experience with automated tracking systems (R-Supply, SWIFT, etc.). Detail-oriented with high accuracy in performing all tasks. Must possess an active SECRET security clearance.
