Supervisory Program Support Specialist – San Diego, CA As a Supervisory Program Support Specialist at the GS-0301-12 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Working closely with the Administrative Officer (AO) on implementing processes for providing administrative services for the district's main and/or sub-office(s). Supervising a subordinate staff of administrative, technical and clerical personnel. Setting goals and priorities. Preparing schedules for completion of work. Analyzing the district's financial obligations and expenditures to ensure compliance with USMS policies and procedures. Providing oversight of the property management program. Assuring contractors are performing projects that have quality and timeliness measures in place.
