Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and people-focused Customer Relations Specialist to support customer communication service coordination and ongoing relationship management. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people communicates professionally and is comfortable helping customers navigate questions options and service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with customers to understand their individual needs and preferences
- Research and provide information about available services and options
- Assist customers with requests updates and routine service needs
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer experience
- Follow up when additional information or action is required
- Assist with resolving routine concerns and identifying appropriate solutions
- Coordinate information with service providers and other resources as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records
- Provide customers with confirmations updates and important information
- Build positive customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-up
- Support customer retention and overall satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Professional patient and solution-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
- Comfortable researching information and working with online systems
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable follow-through and a customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in customer service client relations hospitality sales administration or a related field is helpful but not required
