Customer Account Representative (Consumer Finance)

Annual compensation: ~$45,000.00 - $60,000.00

Responsibilities for Customer Account Representative:
Collections, customer service, customer retention
Assist with lending/credit origination
Help ensure branch compliance
Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Work with consumer finance software
Hours for Customer Account Representative:
Full-time (40 hours)
100% onsite
No Sundays
5 day work week, Mon-Sat with a weekday off
Location hours: Monday - Friday 9-7, Sat 9-4
Shifts will vary
Requirements for Customer Account Representative:
Good communication, computer & customer service skills
Ability to perform door to door collections
Collections background necessary
Able to work the hours listed & 100% onsite
Able to pass a background check
