PFI Instore is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for preparing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are shipped safely and on time.

• Prepare, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Verify quantities, shipping information, and order accuracy.
• Schedule pickups with carriers and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and related paperwork.
• Operate shipping systems and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Inspect packages for proper labeling and secure packaging.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipments.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
