Job Title: Yard Goat Driver (2nd Shift)

Location: Carson, CA

We are currently seeking an experienced Yard Goat Driver to join our warehouse team in Carson . This position is responsible for safely moving trailers throughout the yard, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring timely trailer placement for loading and unloading.

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
3rd Shift
Monday – Friday
Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a yard goat (terminal tractor) to move trailers within the warehouse yard.
Position trailers at loading docks as directed.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Maintain a safe and organized yard.
Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and dispatch.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid California Driver's License (required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a yard goat/terminal tractor.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
