Actuarial Manager, Dental & Vision Pricing & Strategy

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. We are looking for Actuarial Manager for Commercial Dental and Vision Business to provide actuarial support and strategic leadership. The Actuarial Manager responsibilities include:

• Leads Dental and Vision pricing and valuation decisions that cover Individual and Small Group segments and all local markets across the nation
• Works cross-functionally across the Dental and Vision organization, with responsibilities including pricing, experience studies, rate filings, rating tools, product development analysis, network support, underwriting support, planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Influences business partners including Underwriting, Sales, Network, Finance, Operation and Product to focus efforts and achieve hard-to-achieve goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 3+ years of prior Commercial pricing/rating system/forecasting experience
• ASA required
• Strong technical, analytical, and financial skill
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• FSA preferred, but not required
• Prior Dental or Vision experience preferred, but not required

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
