Product Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

To define and deliver innovative products that enhance cannabis commerce, the remote Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and optimize user experiences based on customer feedback and market insights. Key responsibilities Define product strategy and roadmap for marketplace and financial services platforms, prioritizing customer value and business impact Lead product discovery efforts, creating requirements and user stories while collaborating with Design and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle Analyze product performance metrics and industry trends to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement Required qualifications 4+ years of Product Management experience in Software, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or B2B technology environments Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to scale with a customer-centric mindset Strong skills in stakeholder management and translating customer insights into actionable product requirements Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams Ability to use data to inform decision-making and navigate ambiguity effectively
