Conduct research on wireless communication standards. Qualifications 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution. Admitted to the USPTO. Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field. Experience with wireless communication standards is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Education & Certifications Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field. USPTO admission certification. Skills Proficiency in patent drafting and prosecution. Knowledge of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards. Strong research and analytical skills.
