Genpact LLC is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements for P&C insurance processes. You will lead workshops, map current and future workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders, underwriting, and product teams to ensure regulatory and operational alignment.
