Join our compassionate oncology team and make a difference every day.
We’re looking for a caring, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Services Specialist in both of our Farmington Hills Offices. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, supportive experience for patients and families throughout their treatment journey.
The locations are:
27900 Grand River Ave, Suite 220, Farmington Hills, Mi 48336
32255 Northwestern Highway, Suite 150, Farmington Hills, Mi 48334

What You’ll Do:
Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in and scheduling.
Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and collect payments.
Coordinate appointments for oncology consultations, infusions, labs, and imaging.
Communicate closely with nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
Keep patient information accurate and confidential in the EMR system.
Help ensure every patient feels cared for, respected, and informed.

What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma
Great communication skills, empathy, and professionalism.
A team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
