Customer Success Representative

As a fast-growing technology startup based in Los Angeles, we’re transforming the legal industry by providing innovative software tools that automate client intake processes for law firms. Our mission is to help law firms streamline how they onboard clients—and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about supporting customers, ensuring successful adoption, and driving retention. Who You Are: Thrive in fast-paced environments A natural people person who enjoys connecting with others An excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Responsibilities: Lead face-to-face meetings regarding customer accounts and features Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to understand client needs Become a subject-matter expert on our platform and its functionality Train and educate customers on product features Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive long-term adoption Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Sales within a SaaS company Compensation and Benefits: Bonus: Up to 10% of base (determined annually in December) Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Vision plan options Retirement: 401(k) with up to 4% company match Unlimited PTO Remote Fridays Unlimited snacks, coffee, and more Weekly team happy hours Business trips and team-building events Clear career growth opportunities in a scaling startup At Intaker, we value growth, professional development, and collaboration.
