Responsibilities

Make a Difference Every Day

Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents by helping individuals and families find a place they are proud to call home. You'll be one of the first people future residents meet, guiding them through the leasing process, conducting community tours, answering questions, collecting applications, and creating a welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
Help Bring a New Community to Life

Join an exciting affordable housing lease-up where you'll play a key role in introducing prospective residents to all that The Simone Apartments has to offer. You'll participate in marketing and outreach efforts, build relationships with prospects, and help achieve leasing and occupancy goals while creating a positive and memorable experience for every visitor.
Support Resident Success

Partner with the Community Manager and site team to process applications efficiently, follow up with prospective residents, respond to inquiries, and assist with daily administrative responsibilities. Your organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills will help ensure a smooth experience for both residents and team members.
More Than a Leasing Consultant Role

This is more than a Leasing Consultant position. You'll build meaningful relationships, contribute to the community's success, and help families find their next home from day one.


Qualifications

• What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who loves connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of apartment leasing experience
• Affordable Housing (LIHTC) experience required
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, or Yardi , or the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and current technology platforms
• Strong customer service, communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask while providing an exceptional resident and prospect experience

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed (not every weekend)
