This facility operates as a small, community-focused critical access hospital with approximately 25 beds, offering a full range of general medical and surgical services in a rural setting. The facility supports an autonomous CRNA-only anesthesia model within an organized operating room program. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Colorado offers a range of attractions suited to diverse interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore destinations such as Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National Park, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, and the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. Additional options include scenic drives such as the Lariat Loop Historic Byway, nature and wildlife tours, Dinosaur Ridge, and the Royal Gorge, providing varied recreational and cultural opportunities throughout the state.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Colorado, working Monday through Thursday on 10-hour shifts with occasional Friday coverage. The surgical case mix includes General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Trauma, Urology, GYN, and Ophthalmology procedures. Call coverage is required on a 1:3 rotation. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
