About the Job

We are seeking a Virtual Travel Assistance Agent to help support clients throughout their travel journey. In this remote role, you will provide guidance, assist with travel-related questions, and help ensure that travelers feel prepared and supported before and during their trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to traveler inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Assist with reviewing travel plans and helping confirm important trip details
• Provide helpful information regarding destinations, travel guidelines, and company procedures
• Check in with clients prior to departure to ensure they have everything needed for their trip
• Address concerns in a professional and timely manner and refer complex issues when appropriate

• Friendly and professional communication style
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Organized with strong attention to detail
