Psychiatric Behavioral Health Unit Manager

A healthcare provider in New York is seeking a skilled professional to manage a hospital psychiatric unit. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with substantial psychiatric clinical experience and leadership skills. Responsibilities include maintaining patient relationships, implementing hospital policies, and overseeing clinical operations. Extra emphasis is placed on critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to address the needs of young patients.
