Behavioral Health Utilization & Discharge Lead

BronxCare Health System is seeking a Coordinator for Behavioral Health Utilization Management (BH-UMC). Responsible for reviewing and monitoring patients admitted for psychiatric or substance abuse treatment, the ideal candidate will have expertise in Utilization Management and collaboration with healthcare teams. The Coordinator will ensure appropriate admissions and facilitate discharge planning. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in Behavioral Health Utilization review and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
