About the Position

Oscar Stone is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Assistant Manager to support our growing jewelry retail business across multiple locations. This position will assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media content, promotions, and brand initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media, digital marketing, content creation, and retail marketing , and who can work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across Oscar Stone locations.
• Manage and coordinate daily social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create and coordinate engaging content including photos, videos, reels, promotional posts, and product features.
• Assist with planning promotions, sales events, seasonal campaigns, and store marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with store managers and sales teams to promote new products, special offers, and company events.
• Help maintain a consistent Oscar Stone brand image across all locations and marketing channels.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and customer response.
• Assist with email marketing, digital promotions, and other customer communication campaigns.
• Coordinate with photographers, influencers, vendors, and outside marketing partners when needed.
• Help identify current social media trends and opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Track marketing projects, deadlines, and promotional calendars.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with daily marketing operations and special projects.
• Ensure marketing materials and promotional content are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with management and store teams.
• Retail, fashion, jewelry, luxury goods, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
