Position Objective Serve as a welcoming and highly visible member of the school team while supporting daily school operations and the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). The ideal candidate has spectacular people skills, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make students, families, staff, and visitors feel welcomed and supported. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, positive experience for students, families, staff, visitors, and community partners. Build positive relationships with high school students and provide outstanding customer service. Answer phones, assist visitors, respond to questions, and connect individuals with the appropriate resources. Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, correspondence, records, and document preparation. Support National School Lunch Program (NSLP) coordination, including meal counts, eligibility and direct certification records, documentation, claims support, and required reporting. Communicate with families and staff regarding meal program processes and requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential student and school records. Collaborate with school leadership and staff to keep daily operations running smoothly. Jump in where needed and contribute to a positive, energetic school culture. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Positive, energetic, professional, and approachable personality. Experience working with students, families, customers, or the public. Strong organization, communication, and technology skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy high school environment. IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Why Leona Group Schools?
