We are looking for a true sourcing professional with hands-on supplier management and sourcing experience.What You'll Do:Source new suppliers and products to support customer and operational needsManage RFQs, bids, and sourcing projects from start to finishEvaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery, and capabilitiesNegotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and service agreementsSupport internal sales teams with technical product sourcing and recommendationsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing solutionsBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsConduct market research and supplier evaluationsPartner with internal teams to support customer requirements and business growthDevelop expertise in products, supplier capabilities, and industry trendsDrive sourcing initiatives across multiple commodity groupsWhat's In It for You:Competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 DOEComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationCollaborative team environmentExposure to cutting-edge manufacturing and technology industriesOpportunity to make a direct impact on supplier performance, cost savings, and customer successWhat You Need to Have:3+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experienceExperience sourcing technical, industrial, manufacturing, MRO, electrical, or engineered productsStrong supplier relationship management skillsExperience negotiating pricing, contracts, and supplier agreementsAbility to evaluate suppliers and make strategic sourcing decisionsExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThe Musts:SAP experience is requiredProven supplier sourcing and supplier management experienceExperience negotiating with vendors and suppliersTrue sourcing background—not primarily procurement analytics or reportingAbility to source technical or industrial productsStrong Microsoft Office skillsComfortable working fully on-sitePreferred:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fieldExperience within semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or industrial distribution environmentsExperience sourcing MRO supplies, critical spares, industrial components, or electrical productsContract negotiation experienceStrategic sourcing and cost-reduction project experienceNext Steps:Please respond with an updated resume.
