Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with 8+ years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, application enhancements, and production support within enterprise insurance environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, customize, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
Develop and maintain integrations between PolicyCenter and other enterprise applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Provide production support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Follow Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and geographically distributed delivery teams.
Manage priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Strong experience with PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, and application enhancements.
Proven experience providing production support for PolicyCenter applications.
Strong understanding of Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.
Insurance industry experience, particularly with Personal Property and Commercial Property lines of business.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale insurance applications in complex, integrated environments.
Experience working with geographically distributed or global delivery teams.
