Mobile Friendly Process from Start to Finish Culver’s Duncan is looking for Front of House and Back of House Managers to grow with our restaurant! Start training as soon as possible. Interviews are scheduled M-F 2-5pm. Call restaurant to schedule a time outside those parameters. What you’ll do: Provide excellent guest service and hospitality Help other team members out in a unified workplace Recruiting, hiring and training all restaurant staff, including servers and hosts Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience Monitoring restaurant finances, including sales and expenses Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety Promoting the restaurant and finding ways to bring in more customers Handling customer complaints #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
