Experienced Roofing Sales Consultant | Uncapped Commission

The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading roofing contractor in Dallas, TX and we are seeking motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to join a rapidly growing team.

In this role, you will spend each day in the field meeting with homeowners, conducting roof inspections, and guiding customers through the roofing and insurance process with confidence—from the initial consultation to project completion.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and manage roofing sales opportunities by knocking on doors and building relationships with homeowners in assigned DFW territories
  
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and property assessments, documenting findings accurately
  
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance claim process from initial consultation to project completion
  
• Present PAR's services professionally in face-to-face interactions and represent the company positively within the community
  
• Manage projects from initial consultation through close, maintaining consistent communication throughout the customer experience
  
• Follow up with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and a seamless experience
  
• Collaborate with management, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and successful completion
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous roofing sales experience preferred; experience in insurance restoration, door-to-door or in-home sales, construction, or home services is a plus
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, maintain consistent follow-up, and communicate effectively
  
• Strong closing skills with a customer-focused service mindset
  
• Comfortable using CRM systems, photo documentation apps, and basic mobile technology
  
• Comfortable working in the field and climbing ladders and roofs; training provided as needed
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
