Why It's Worth Your Time Top executive role at a privately held contractor with a stable operational foundation and defined growth targets Full P&L authority with a direct mandate to scale the business Opportunity to build and shape a high-performing leadership team from the seat that matters most Established company with real infrastructure, a tenured workforce, and room to make your mark Relocation assistance available for the right candidate What You'll Own Drive strategic growth initiatives to scale the business well beyond current revenue Oversee all aspects of operations including project execution, financial performance, and client relationships Own full P&L — budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability management Lead legal and regulatory compliance including contract negotiations, labor law adherence, and claims resolution Build and maintain a rigorous safety culture with accountability at every level of the organization Manage insurance claims, loss ratios, and construction-related dispute resolution Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing executive leadership team Must-Haves 15+ years of construction industry experience with a track record of rising through operational ranks Proven executive leadership at a specialty contractor or construction company — ideally someone who has helped scale a business past $100M in annual revenue Full P&L ownership experience — budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting at scale Demonstrated ability to manage safety programs, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a construction environment Experience handling claims management, legal disputes, and contract negotiations History of building and leading strong management teams On-site availability in Central Florida required — relocation assistance available Nice to Have Prior experience leading a business through a significant revenue growth milestone Background in structural, foundation, or heavy civil contracting — tilt-wall, CIP, post-tension, or masonry experience a plus Background in specialty concrete, masonry, or structural contracting Established relationships with commercial developers, GCs, or production builders in Florida or the Southeast #J-18808-Ljbffr
