Prep Cook Position

We are passionate about providing excellent service and bringing thoughtfully prepared dishes to life for our clients and their guests. Role Overview: Provide “Guest First” service and make our guests feel welcome at all times. Maintain product presentations, product quality and cook time standards. Maintain kitchen work area, equipment. Assist other cooks, prep, dish, and smokehouse as necessary. Thorough knowledge of menu items and complete all assigned prep work and sets up cook’s station according to station diagram. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. Engage with guests, providing excellent service and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines. Assist with inventory management. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: Previous catering experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. 3+ years experience. Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment. Ability to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on high and low shelves. Must be able to speak and follow written and verbal communications, along with the ability to effectively communicate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Must be at least 21 years old and possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., food handler’s permit). A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
