Social Media Account Manager

Our clients range from Fortune 500 brands to emerging start-ups across diverse industries. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The Social Media Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal/external teams, leading the development and execution of strategies aligned with each client’s business, brand, and social media goals. This role manages multiple client accounts, overseeing projects with varying deadlines while ensuring strong organization, attention to detail, and timely delivery. The Social Media Account Manager is expected to think strategically and creatively to build campaigns that extend beyond single posts, collaborate with the greater team to produce dynamic content for events, photoshoots, and larger initiatives, and contribute to brainstorms and special projects. They will also monitor and interpret social media trends, tools, and strategies, thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting client priorities, and be available for occasional travel. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the day-to-day client interaction and act as primary liaison between client and internal/external team members Help develop and manage multiple clients’ social presence with our team Identify and/or interpret clients’ business, brand and social media goals Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, following different processes and procedures Exercise an ability to follow-through on projects and drive them to completion, strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills Think creatively and outside the box to create campaigns and strategies for multiple brands that go beyond just a singular social post Work with the internal creative team to develop dynamic social content for a range of initiatives (ex: events, photoshoots, campaigns, recaps, etc.) Contribute to team brainstorms as well as assist in special projects and administrative assignments as needed Monitor trends in social media technology, tools, applications, channels, design and strategy Lead community managers in skills development and delegate tasks Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing client direction, goals and deadlines Travel and occasional work weekends for company/client as needed Other duties as needed WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 3+ years of relevant industry experience Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written presentation abilities Knowledge of all first-party organic and paid social platform features and functions, as well as Google Analytics, Sprout Social and Julius a plus WHY US? Lab. Code § 432.3), the compensation range for this position is $68,640 - $80,000 per year.
