Key Responsibilities
Assist with minor repairs (doors, fixtures, lighting, basic plumbing).
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas.
Support maintenance staff with larger projects as needed.
Conduct simple inspections to identify issues and report them promptly.
Help set up, move, or organize equipment and supplies.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of building maintenance or willingness to learn.
Ability to lift and move equipment or materials.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
