Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Melville, NY. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying top talent, building relationships with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions across a variety of industries. You'll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your career while making a direct impact on our clients' hiring success. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate experience, skills, and career goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Match qualified candidates with client opportunities. Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Stay informed on market trends, salary expectations, and recruiting best practices. Meet individual and team recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus. Recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal oriented. Comfortable working in a collaborative, team‑focused environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus.
