Business Applications Analyst

To support a centralized business function, the full-time Business Applications Analyst will design, implement, and manage multiple departmental business systems while serving as the primary liaison with managers and users to resolve systems and applications issues in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement Document business processes and develop detailed specifications for system development Provide training and support to users, coordinating system implementation and workflow modifications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science, or related field Three years of progressively responsible experience with information systems (or equivalent experience based on education level) Experience in financial and operational analysis Proficiency in documenting business processes and specifications Ability to provide user training and support for system applications
