We're looking for a GM who thrives on game-day energy, builds great teams, and knows how to keep a packed house running smoothly.

Our client operates a high-volume, family-friendly sports restaurant and bar in New Orleans. They're a privately owned, multi-concept hospitality company with more than a decade of experience and a real commitment to promoting from within.

Own your P&L and drive sales, labor, food, and beverage results
Lead a big front- and back-of-house team through high-volume rushes
Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for families, fans, and regulars
Keep service sharp and standards high every shift, especially on game day

2+ years as a GM in high-volume casual dining or sports bar environments
Full-service and bar operations experience
A track record of growing sales and developing people
ServSafe Manager and alcohol certifications, or the ability to get them
Energy, presence, and a love for a busy dining room
