Job responsibilitiesLead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promote open communication and engagement among team members, and ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goalsUse enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate delivery insights and operational planning (e.g., synthesizing metrics and impediments into actions), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Use advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadershipDevelop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of metrics and evidence-based decisionsIdentify trends and generate original ideas to contribute to the development of new policies and best practices within the disciplineManage, experience to coach, and guide a team of 4 agility leads Promote and standardize reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices across teams (e.g., standardizing templates and lessons learned), ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
