Now Hiring: Caregiver Recruiter

Abundant Home Care is seeking a motivated and outgoing Recruiter to help us build a strong team of compassionate caregivers, including English, Spanish, and Creole-speaking professionals .

Position Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified caregivers. This role involves active community outreach, including visiting schools, job fairs, and local events to connect with potential candidates and promote employment opportunities with Abundant Home Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit caregivers through schools, job fairs, and community events

• Build partnerships with training programs and community organizations

• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and initial interviews

• Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth hiring process

• Represent Abundant Home Care professionally in the community

Qualifications:

• Bilingual or multilingual (English required; Spanish and/or Creole preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel locally for recruitment events and outreach

• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Previous recruiting or healthcare experience is a plus
