As our Energy & Controls Retrofit Sales Strategist, you’ll create and grow relationships across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets—selling service agreements, retrofits, TI projects, energy solutions, and building automation upgrades.How you’ll winOpen the conversation: Source leads, qualify prospects, and make proactive sales calls—including cold outreach—to secure meetings with owners, facility managers, and management companies. Understand the site: Walk buildings, roofs, and mechanical spaces to assess conditions and align opportunities to technical specifications. Build the case: Estimate and negotiate service contracts, repair quotes, and retrofit scopes; then deliver detailed, data-supported proposals. Close with confidence: Tailor messaging for C-suite buyers and technical decision makers to achieve win-win outcomes.
