Legacy House of Park Lane is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Memory Care Nurse Aid to join our team in Farmington, UT. If you're looking to work with a supportive, happy, and fun team, look no further!WHAT ARE THE HOURS?We have both morning and evening shifts, full- or part-time available.WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As a Memory Care Nurse Aid, you will have the privilege of working closely with residents who require specialized care due to conditions such as Alzheimer's or dementia. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the well-being and comfort of these individuals, providing assistance with activities of daily living, and offering emotional support. In addition, you will be responsible for documentation and reporting any changes in residents' condition to the nursing team. This role requires a compassionate and patient approach, as you will be contributing to enhancing the quality of life for our memory care residents.
