Key Responsibilities Hands-On ADL Support: Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityalways protecting dignity. Medication & Symptom Monitoring: Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
