Human Resource Coordinator

Job Details Job Location: New Bedford, MA 02740 Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly Classification: Non‑exempt Schedule: Part Time (Monday‑Wednesday‑Friday) Responsibilities Assist with open and new position administration. Assist with educating newly hired employees on HR‑established practices. Responsible for employee life cycle administration, including entry of new hires, status changes, rate changes, etc. into HRIS. Assist with implementation of the new HRIS platform. Assist with employee data management. Provide support to employees on various HR‑related topics. Assist with regulatory related reporting. Assist with internal third‑party follow‑up and inquiries to establish Human Resource vendors. Assist with maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents and benefits. Participate in special projects assigned by the CHRO. Maintain employee file compliance. Assist with onboarding efforts. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (hybrid of years of experience and education considered). Experience: 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare. #J-18808-Ljbffr
