Chick-fil-A Urgent Hiring: Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Kitchen Director

Key Responsibilities
- Attend and contribute to all Leadership Meetings
- Partner with Training Director on the training of Back of House Shift leaders, new back of house team Members and new product roll outs
- Work alongside Executive Team & Operator to define Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights annual destination and business plan.
- Ensures Chick-fil-A procedures & expectations are being met all day, every day.
- Hold 1-on-1 meetings with Back of House Shift Leaders, A.M & P.M Leads
- Oversee truck ordering, travel path & stewardship of inventory
- Ongoing commitment to Food Cost ( timing & execution of inventory counts, transfer logs, etc, end of month counts)
- Work alongside Food Safety Director to uphold food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Coach, mentor, and develop a motivated kitchen team
- Maintains weekly schedule for back of house, Monitors BOH Labor & Staffing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- SERVE SAFE CERTIFIED – working knowledge of all food safety procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Availability for day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, including weekends and holidays
