Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience, and preventive maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair production equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical controls, motors, drives, sensors, and automation systems.
- Repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Document maintenance activities and minimize production downtime.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is mandatory.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with motors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Food & beverage, CPG, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
