ABOUT THIS JOB

In this installation position, you typically work from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Overtime is available, and some on-call is required. You're responsible for guiding your installation team in completing quality work and providing excellent customer service. Arriving to jobs on time and well-equipped, you lead your team in installing boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless systems. You perform thorough, top-quality work, complete necessary documentation, and communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient daily flow.

Would you excel as our Lead Residential HVAC Installer? Here's what you need:

• 2 years of experience

• Great customer service skills

• Driver's license

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training

2+ years of installation experience would be preferred.
