Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation Physician

Position: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

Hours: Fulltime

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

What you will need:

License: Medical license in the state of IL or pending

Education: PM&R residency, fellowship a plus

Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Skills: Spine and MSK procedures

What you will do:

Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients

Perform spinal interventional procedures

Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market)

Physician will have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact

Physician may be expected to work extended hours

Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)

Compensation Range based on experience: $214,251 - $373,006
