Loyalty Marketing Manager
Insight Global
Five or more years in customer base management, retention, loyalty or lifecycle marketing, ideally in cable, telecom or another subscription business. Track record designing loyalty or retention programs and proving them against matched control. Comfortable writing a campaign brief, sizing an opportunity and defending the economics with Finance and Pricing. Able to work across Marketing, Customer Communications, Care, Retention, Digital and MarTech without owning those teams. Strong technical skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, Adobe 8 (or other CRM) Job Description A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Manager, Loyalty Strategy to own and evolve customer loyalty programs designed to strengthen engagement, increase retention, and improve the overall customer experience. This individual will serve as the key point of coordination across Marketing, Customer Communications, Finance, Pricing, Digital, Care, and Retention teams, ensuring loyalty initiatives are strategically developed, successfully launched, and continuously optimized.
