Requirements active ASHA CCC’s a minimum of 4 years’ clinical experience with pediatrics at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship role a strong Continuing Education resume Management Duties Mentor individual SLP’s by observing, modeling, and training to enhance professional growth in all areas. Act as a liaison between SLP team and other disciplines Provide constructive feedback for monthly and Annual Performance Reviews of SLPs. Assist with Onboarding of new hires. Manage Speech Therapy materials and Supplies and notify Office Manager &/or Clinical Director when items need restocking or replacement. Maintain company productivity standards. * Direct Patient Care, Paperwork, and Management Time will be determined based on clinic needs. Investigate and promote appropriate Continuing Education to further advance Speech Team’s expertise. Clinical Duties Conduct Initial Evaluations and Re-evaluations using formal and informal measures. Synthesize evaluation results to confirm or rule out appropriate diagnoses and formulate an Individualized Plan of Care. Perform Weekly Therapy Sessions using evidence-based practice. Provide Parent Education and Home Programming following each therapy session. Complete accurate documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions in a timely manner. Ensure a clean and safe treatment space. Collaborate with other team members to include Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Audiology, and Administrative Staff. Refer to professionals outside our system when in the best interest of our patients and families. Attend Weekly Round Table Meetings and any additional meetings determined by your Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner. Pursue relevant Continuing Education to best serve our patient population. Assume other projects and responsibilities as assigned by your Supervisor. Abide by all company Policies & Procedures. Administrative Duties Actively communicate by email through Microsoft Outlook. Complete scheduling and documentation via Practice Perfect. Utilize Payroll System to report time worked and request time off. Submit Weekly Productivity Stats. Identify and review billing codes. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift at least 30lbs (ST).
