Job Description Asheville Adventure Company is looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Outpost Manager: Sales & Guest Services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a company that creates unforgettable outdoor experiences, we’d love to hear from you! As a Outpost Manager: Sales & Guest Services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service to guests, answering questions, and assisting with bookings. Managing sales transactions and ensuring a smooth check-in process for guests embarking on their adventures. Offering helpful advice and recommendations about our activities, such as tubing, kayaking, and rafting. Collaborating and Supervising the team to maintain a welcoming and organized environment. Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings a blend of enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for outdoor adventures. Our ideal candidate will have: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales leadership role. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests. A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
