Program Coordinator

Overview The Executive Vice Chancellor’s Office seeks a highly effective and dependable Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will provide specialized operational, programmatic, and administrative support and coordination for faculty development initiatives, academic leadership programs, undergraduate education/student success workshops, and non-credit professional development offerings. The position manages program logistics, communications, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts to support faculty success, leadership development, faculty/staff education and training, and lifelong learning opportunities. The position provides superior customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for participants, and supports the facilitation of programs with both campus partners and external partners (e.g. BTAA, Coursera, NCFDD). The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining program documentation, procedures, timelines, and records. The position also serves as a backup resource for project and administrative support within the EVC Office and joins a very collaborative and energetic team. Successful candidates should provide evidence of experience in managing complex programs or projects with multiple deadlines. Knowledge of university structure and systems, and/or academic programs and faculty. Ability to demonstrate the use of sound judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft forms, teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, NURamp, Canvas, and/or Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred. Understanding of the faculty lifecycle, including promotion and tenure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong service-centered philosophy and willingness to learn new things.
