What You’ll Do:

• Provide OB-GYN coverage including labor and delivery, GYN emergent procedures, and high-risk deliveries (transfers to nearby facilities for NICU as needed)
• Round on patients and manage postpartum and antepartum care
• Respond promptly to emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries during on-call periods
• Collaborate with hospital support staff, anesthesiology, and radiology teams
• Document all patient care and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Support hospital in maintaining excellent maternal and women's health services

What You Need:

• Current North Carolina medical license and NC DEA registration
• NC Medicaid enrollment, PECOS provider status, active NPI#
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Recent delivery experience with documented case logs (past 24 months)
• Must be fully vaccinated
• No recent or open malpractice cases or disciplinary actions
• Must be within 20 minutes of hospital per bylaws
• Availability for on-call overnight shifts and emergent procedures
