As a Maintenance Technician, you’re the backbone of the club. You make sure everything works, everything is safe, and everything looks great. Your work makes a difference every single day. 2 years maintenance experience (preferred) 1 year handyman experience (preferred) General repair + building maintenance skills Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge Strong organization and problem‑solving skills Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs Reliable transportation If you’re known for being responsible, hardworking, and detail‑oriented, you’ll fit right in. This is an active, hands‑on role. You’ll be: Working in a lively gym environment Lifting 50+ lbs Squatting, bending, reaching, climbing ladders Moving equipment Working with cleaning supplies, tools, and mechanical parts Your daily responsibilities include: Walking the facility and identifying repair needs Keeping accurate maintenance logs Working with the General Manager on repair timelines Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment Ordering parts, tools, and materials Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself Completing monthly OSHA safety checks Helping members on the floor when needed SIR Fitness operates Crunch clubs across Southern California, including: Our clubs feature: Olympic lifting platforms Group fitness studios Tanning booths You’ll work in clean, modern, well‑equipped facilities you can be proud of.
