Process Improvement Consultant

Hybrid onsite Milwaukee, WI (2-3 days onsite) Contract through June 2026 + possible extension $49/hr. W2 + medical benefits Description: Business Process Improvement Consultant to help drive enterprise-level operational excellence. This role is ideal for a Lean/Six Sigma professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning process improvements end-to-end , not just making recommendations. What You’ll Do Analyze and redesign business and technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience Perform root cause analysis, data analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations Document processes using standard business process mapping methodologies Independently implement process improvements and system enhancements Build and maintain process measurement systems (KPIs, monitoring, controls) Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to align processes with strategic goals Promote best practices and support adoption across teams What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in process improvement, business consulting, or project management Six Sigma knowledge Strong background in business process analysis and design Proven experience leading change across multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion KPI and performance measurement frameworks OKRs Power BI or similar analytics tools Enterprise process architecture experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
