Office Operations Assistant

Ascension - - Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors and manage the check-in and check-out process; Verify and input patient demographic data and manage insurance authorizations and referrals; Coordinate scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments and manage medical record release requests; Submit daily charges for procedures and manage the collection of co-payments with daily reconciliation of reports and deposits; Provide flexible and reliable general administrative and clerical support to various functions within the assigned area
