Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and outreach. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations. Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options, explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients. Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and close sales. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall agency success. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
